Our commitment
Love Your Health Natural Medicine is a naturopathic practice in Tempe, Arizona. People come to us because something is not working, and often because they have already been turned away or talked over somewhere else. A website that shuts someone out before they reach us is the same failure in a different form.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA. That is the benchmark referenced by US federal guidance under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
What we have done
In August 2026 we commissioned an independent accessibility audit of this site, covering sixteen pages with automated testing and manual keyboard, form and screen-reader checks. Work completed as a result includes:
- Raising the contrast of body text, links, buttons and footer text so it is legible for people with low vision.
- Removing the closed mobile menu from the keyboard tab order, so keyboard users are no longer dropped into an invisible panel.
- Correcting the heading structure on every page, so screen-reader users can navigate by headings without levels being skipped.
- Rebuilding the frequently-asked-question panels so links inside an answer can be reached properly.
- Hiding decorative icons from screen readers, and labelling the ones that carry meaning.
- Raising small print to a minimum readable size.
Accessibility is not a one-off project. We re-check as pages change.
Known limitations
We know about the following, and none of them should stop you getting care. Every one has a way around it that reaches a real person.
Appointment and contact forms
Our contact form and discovery-call calendar are supplied by an outside scheduling provider and run inside this site rather than being built by us. Required fields and validation messages in those forms are not fully announced by screen readers, and we cannot change that code ourselves. We have raised it with the provider.
Instead: You never have to use the form. Call or text us on (480) 914-0521, or email Hello@LoveYourHealthNaturalMedicine.com, and we will take your details and book you in.
The symptom quiz
The quiz is an interactive tool. It is keyboard operable, but it has not yet been tested end to end with every screen reader and magnifier combination.
Instead: The quiz only ever suggests where to start. Call or text and a member of the team will talk it through with you instead.
Documents and third-party links
Some pages link to material published by other organisations, such as lab providers or the patient portal. We do not control how accessible those sites are.
Instead: Tell us which document or page you need and we will provide the information in another format.
Using this site with assistive technology
This site is built to work with screen readers, screen magnification, speech input, and keyboard-only navigation. A few things that may help:
- Every page starts with a "Skip to content" link. Press Tab once when a page loads to reach it.
- Menus open with Enter or Space and close with Escape.
- Text can be enlarged with your browser zoom without content being lost or overlapping.
- The site does not use motion that cannot be turned off. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are switched off automatically.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this website is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us. You do not need to know the technical reason, and you do not need to use any particular words. Describing what you were trying to do is enough.
We aim to reply within two business days. If you need the information in another format, such as large print or over the phone, ask and we will arrange it.
Formal complaints
If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can raise the matter with the US Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, which enforces the Americans with Disabilities Act.
We would much rather resolve it directly first. Please give us the chance.
