What exactly is naturopathic medicine?
Naturopathic medicine is root-cause medicine. Our doctors attend four-year accredited medical schools, complete residencies, and pass board exams. We're trained in the same sciences as conventional doctors — plus nutrition, botanicals, and lifestyle medicine. In Arizona, NDs are licensed primary care physicians who can diagnose, order labs, prescribe medications, and perform procedures.
How is this different from my regular doctor?
Three big differences: time (75–90 minute visits vs. 7–15 minutes), testing (advanced functional panels vs. basic screenings), and philosophy (finding the root cause vs. managing symptoms with medications). We don't just ask "what's wrong" — we ask "why."
Will you coordinate with my other doctors?
Absolutely, and we encourage it. We work alongside your existing providers — PCPs, specialists, therapists — and can share notes or labs as needed. Many patients find our approach complements their conventional care rather than replacing it.
What kind of lab tests do you run?
Far more than a standard annual panel. Depending on your case, we may run comprehensive thyroid panels (including antibodies), DUTCH hormone testing, GI-MAP stool analysis, food sensitivity panels, micronutrient levels, inflammatory markers, adrenal function tests, and more.

We're at 123 E Baseline Rd, Suite D207 #1-3, Tempe, AZ 85283 — near the Baseline & Mill intersection. Free parking is available on-site.
What are your office hours?
We are by appointment only — please request a time rather than dropping in. Our hours are Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Tuesday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday: Closed.
How do I reach you between visits?
Call (480) 914-0521 during office hours, or leave a message and we'll return your call within one business day. Membership patients have access to scheduled phone consults for non-urgent questions.
Do you offer same-day or urgent appointments?
Membership patients get 2 acute virtual visits included each year. For acute illness (cold, flu, UTI, etc.), we also offer $75 acute visits. For emergencies, please call 911 or visit the nearest ER.
