Insurance, payment, and what to expect.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
How Insurance Works
We do not accept insurance for visits — visits are paid at time of service. We can bill insurance for labs and imaging only.
We also accept HSA/FSA cards, which cover naturopathic visits. Have questions about a specific lab or your benefits? Just ask.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, as that time was reserved specifically for you.
Transparent Pricing
No surprise bills. We'll discuss costs and testing fees upfront before ordering anything. You always know what you're paying for.
